a. When you submit a remittance you will be required to pay a deposit of £500 This does not mean we have accepted a Booking. Our acceptance of the Booking will take place once we have received any required deposit as cleared funds, processed your application and, if necessary, spoken to you on the telephone and conducted a telephone interview.

b.If you are rejected then any monies paid as a deposit will be refunded in full.

c.If a Participant is accepted and a Booking enacted, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

d.If, after any Booking is made, we are unable to provide any Services set out in the Booking, we will inform you of this and any deposit will be refunded in full within 28 days.

e.We will confirm in writing your acceptance for Services.

f.On submission of your application form and payment of your deposit, we will contact you on the process of your application within 14 days. Further information or a phone interview may be required.

g.We will refund the course balance (minus deposit) if cancellation is requested at least 60 days prior to before the training start date.

h.If cancellation is within the 60 days, there is no refund ­ however, the credit can be transferred and applied towards any other Samasthala Services.

i.If full payment is not received by four weeks before the start date, your spot will automatically be offered to anyone on the waiting list,

j. If you register within four weeks of the commencement of the training, then payment is due in full at the time of registration. The option, to pay through the PayPal Payment Plan is still available within this period.

k.Should you be unable to attend any booked Services due to severe illness, injury, or pregnancy, you will be able to transfer onto a future Services programme if sufficient evidence from your GP or other registered doctor is provided.

l.To cancel a Booking, you can complete the cancellation form which will be included in our e-mail confirming your Booking. If you use this method, we will e-mail you to confirm we have received your cancellation.

n.In the unlikely event that the Services are cancelled, we will refund 100% of your payment or offer an alternative placement of your choice. Samasthala will accept no liability for pre-arranged transport, flight costs or any other expenses.

o.We reserve the right to reduce the price of any Services or run special offers at any time. Once you have made your Booking and paid your deposit, any subsequent price changes will not apply to you.

PLEASE NOTE* IF YOU ARE OFFERED A PLACE OUR FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL. IT MEANS THEY ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTED BY YOU
